I'm the receptionist and I also run the Bookstore. I do a lot of the graphics that you would see on various flyers. I also serve in the Youth Ministry.

What is the best thing about working at Calvary Chapel Antelope Valley?

I think it is really cool that I can be in a Christian environment, and that my job is also a ministry.

How and when did Jesus become real to you?

I gave my life to the Lord when I was 8 at the 1994 Harvest Crusade. I grew up in a Christian home, but I never understood it until that time. From there, my walk didn't become my own until I was in Junior High. From that time until now, God continues to faithfully teach me life lessons even through my own stubbornness. I am grateful that He chooses to use me to minister to others.

Who are the biggest influences in your life?

My family, my old Sunday School Teacher Bob Tirazes, Pastor Mike, and Moses Norton.

What do you do to have fun?

Going out to eat with friends, hanging out with the youth, watching movies, satisfying my creativity by decorating cakes, making designs, and then surfing the web for more ideas.

The Bible

Rocket Man, Little Women, Sense And Sensibility, and everything by Pixar.

What is your favorite "small indulgence"?

Chocolate, but when I get ahold of it, it's not such a "small" indulgence anymore.

What is the craziest thing you've ever done?

Going on the Hollywood Tower of Terror at California Adventure, attempting to run a cake shop with my family, and there was that one time that I decided to make a human kite out of my sister.

What is your favorite day of the week?

Fridays, because I get to sleep in and then I still get to go to work, but after that, the work week is over. YAY!
