Josh Hueser was born in Wichita, Kansas but was raised in Lancaster as a young child. He received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1998 here at Calvary Chapel Antelope Valley. Josh married his wife in 2001, and they have four children. Josh began serving as the church facilitator, which included among many responsibilities, overseeing the sanctuary set-up and tear-down and purchasing all needed supplies for the office and Manna Cafe. He was ordained in June of 2007. Currently, along with his other duties, he is an associate pastor and oversees the Jr. High, High School, and College Ministries.


What is your most memorable moment at Calvary Chapel Antelope Valley?

When I got saved in 1998, and when I met my wife here in 2001.

 

How and when did Jesus become real to you?

My uncle Frank used to bring me to church, and Jesus became real to me through the teaching of The Word.

 

Who are the biggest influences in your life?

God, Jesus, Chuck Smith, Jon Courson, Mike Morris, and my wife Desiree.

 

What do you do to have fun?

Hang out with my wife, play with my kids, read and study.
