Calvary Chapel Christian School

This is a home school group, which is an Independent Study Program (ISP) & Support Group that was established in 1997.  An ISP is an alternative to conventional classroom instruction, which is recognized by both public & private schools.  Any questions? Please see Giselda Mancilla.

Children’s Ministry

Ministering to your children from newborn through 6th grade. For ages 2 through 6th grade we use Discipleland curriculum. Discipleland teaches children to love the Word of God, to know God intimately, to love God passionately, and to serve God selflessly, while making them disciples of Jesus Christ any questions please see Teri Beaudoin.

Special Needs Ministry

One of our objectives is that families with children of special needs can come to church together to hear the word of God, while being able to leave their child with a trained volunteer who is waiting to show Jesus’ love to them. We are inclusive, which means we assign your child to a ‘buddy’ who assists one on one, while the mainstream teacher is teaching. Any questions please see Bob Beaudoin.

H2O Radio 91.9 FM

The radio teaching ministry of Pastor Mike Morris. It is our goal to teach God’s Word in a real and practical way as we go in depth, verse by verse, book by the book through the Bible. H2O Radio is broadcasted Monday though Friday at 1:30pm. Any questions please see Pastor Mike.

Jr. High/High School Ministry

The Vision for the Calvary Chapel AV Youth Ministry is to make young disciples of Jesus Christ. Our first desire is to maintain a living, passionate and real relationship with Jesus Christ ourselves and then to go and minister to these kids out of the overflow of that relationship.

Worship Ministry

Our vision is to lead the body of Christ into His throne room of grace through worship as we praise Him with one voice and with thankful hearts. If you have any questions or are interested in serving in the worship ministry, please contact us.

Life Groups

We call these home fellowships Life Groups to clarify their purpose, which is to nurture & strengthen one’s spiritual life by the sharing of lives with one another, through fellowship, prayer, encouragement and, most importantly, the study of God’s word. Our Life Groups are informal small groups that meet throughout the week at various locations in Lancaster & Palmdale. Any questions please see Pastor Rich.

Manna Café

We serve the Lord by serving you! The Manna Café is in the kitchen, outside the Sanctuary on the southeast wing, adjacent to the Fellowship Hall. Enjoy a complimentary, bottomless cup of coffee as you mingle & pray with your brothers & sisters in Christ. We also sell donuts, muffins, pastries & cold drinks. We’d be delighted to visit with you before & after the church service. Any questions please see Shannon Andrus.

Meals Ministry

Provides limited meals to people in our church body.

For questions please go to Angie Sacks.

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Bible Study Fellowship (M.B.S.F.) is a study designed to give men in the fellowship the opportunity to come together, to encourage, and to challenge one another in Christ. Our desire is to see men become committed servants, leaders, husbands, and fathers in a way that glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ. Any questions please see Pastor Rich.

Missions Ministry (R.I.M.)

The purpose of the Reaching Inland Missions is to facilitate the church body’s participation in fulfilling the Great Commission. (Matthew 28:19-20.)  Our objective is to inform, educate and inspire the body concerning missions and the worldwide church. We seek to train, send and support those God has called to the mission field. Any questions please see Pastor Rich.

Women’s Ministry

We seek to offer you a well of refreshing in the Lord through studies that provide in-depth teaching of the Bible. Homework is often provided to help you dig deeper into the Word of God. Our small group settings help to give a sense of accountability to help one learn responsibility, fellowship to develop a sense of “family” in the body of Christ, prayer so that you my learn to bring all situations before the Lord & see His power in answered prayer, & worship to honor God & prepare your heart to hear His Word. Any questions please see Mary Morris.

*Please note, this is not an exhaustive list. If you’ve been a born again believer for at least 1 year and have been attending CCAV for at least 6 months, you can get involved! Fill out a Ministry Application here!
